OLOID®是OKEY!DESIGN下的设计品牌，涵盖设计咨询、品牌设计、产品设计、空间设计等领域。因工作方式的多元，以及团队成员灵活多样的工作方式，决定了OLOID® Studio工作室需要满足多种使用需求，同时便于团队成员之间的交流。
OLOID® is the design sub-brand of OKEY!DESIGN. It includes various areas of expertise from design consulting to brand design, product design, interior design etc. Due to the diversity of working paradigms of the team members, the newly established OLOID® Studio needs to become a public space for variety of activities and enhance seamless communication.
项目坐落于新洲渔轮厂旧址，现改造成一个充满记忆与新生的空间。建筑内部完整地保留了原有独特的工业建筑风貌和结构框架。
This project is located in the former site of Xinzhou Fishing Boat Factory. It is now transformed into a space full of memories and new born. The original unique industrial architectural style and framework are fully retained inside the building.

工作室入口嵌入一个玻璃盒子，玻璃盒子形成庭院，引入自然光线试图打破内外界限。
A glass box is embedded at the entrance of the studio. The glass box forms a courtyard, introducing natural light to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.

开阔的内部空间中，嵌入钢铁盒子形成密闭空间，而原有水平拉索巧妙地从钢铁盒子中穿过，打破钢铁结构的孤立感。
In the open interior space, a steel box is embedded to form a relatively independent area, while the original horizontal cable passes through it ingeniously, breaking the isolation of the boxy space.

围绕着四根立柱生成的工作及休闲区域满足个人不同的工作习惯：坐着办公、站着办公及躺着办公，夹杂其中的清水混凝土工作台则由设计师与泥瓦匠跟随材料的特性随机生成，打破了一板一眼的条条框框。
The work and leisure areas generated around the four columns can meet different personal working habits: sitting, standing or even lying around. The bare concrete workbenches in between are developed together by the designer and the masons following the unique feature of such material, breaking the stereotype of office desks.

通过保留原有墙体、地面和细节，OLOID® Studio以建筑原有的记忆与新生成的体量发生碰撞，产生独特的戏剧感及诗意：旧与新、粗与细、冷与暖相互并存，带来新的感官体验。
By retaining the walls, the floor and the details, the original memory of the building collides with the newly generated volume inside OLOID® Studio, creating a dramatic and poetic atmosphere: old and new, thick and thin, cold and warm coexist, bringing new sensual experience.
